What is a Mini Makeover?

Our Pink Starlets will twist and twirl your pretty princess’ hair up into an updo (no curling irons used!) we paint her nails with sparkles and shellac (not really, we only use kid-friendly mother-approved products), then add a little glitter makeup to dazzle and daze even the most dashing and daring of, er, dads! This miniature glamour makeover is a perfect way to pamper just one or two of your favorite femmes and can be experienced and enjoyed any time! From Daddy-Daughter Dances to dating, Christenings to First Communions, we here at Shear Madness, Haircuts for Kids, know that sometimes life’s events are best experienced with a little glitz and glamour. This is why we offer our Diva Day Mini Makeovers!

What About Mini Makeover Parties?

Sometimes a spa day is just not spectacular enough for your starlet! This is why Shear Madness also provides pretty girl parties, the same as a Diva Day – only 3, 4, even 10 times the fun! Girls will get their hair, nails, and makeup done up so dazzling they will sparkle and shine all the way into next week (or so we’ve been told). Be sure to contact the salon near you for information on when to book these events and just what might be asked of you in return (sometimes your daughter may need to wear a button-down shirt or even the dress she plans to attend an event in, in order to prevent damaging ‘dos or smudging on duds).

Madness Matinee Birthday Parties for Girls……where good girls go GLAM!

Glamour! Glitz! and giggles of GLEE is what you’ll get when you plan your next party with us! The party concept by Shear Madness involves a stage, a runway, lots of awesome costumes, and primping and pampering by our own darling Pink Starlets. Girls get a “Backstage Pass”, which gives them full access to our behind-the-scenes wardrobe department where they will create the perfect sartorial ensemble. Next, the up-and-comers will sit back and relax while the Pink Starlets hover over them, creating fabulous up-doo’s, applying glamorous make-up, and polishing fingernails. After a few more finishing touches, VOILA! The girls hit the stage for a funky, fun fashion show and whatever else they might be inspired to do during their shot at fame and glory! Dancing, singing, or just struttin’ their stuff, the girls are sure to have an awesome experience they will remember long after the party is over.
